Cancellation & Refunds

At MirTravelWorld, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 15 days before travel date: Full refund after deducting service charges.
  • 7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund applicable.

Refund timelines may vary based on hotel, transport, or activity provider policies.

2. Cancellation by MirTravelWorld

In rare situations such as extreme weather, safety issues, or unavoidable circumstances, we may cancel a booking. In such cases, customers will receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule the trip

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to appear on the scheduled travel date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

5. Partial Refunds

If a customer leaves the trip early or skips included services, no partial refunds will be issued.

6. Changes to Policy

MirTravelWorld reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated changes will be posted on this page.
